We can flatten your live edge slabs for you. No matter if your live edge slab is a small cookie or a full sized slab of wood, we can do it.

Our capacity ranges from mere inches in diameter all the way up to 4 feet wide by 16 feet long at this time.

The router flattening table can handle live edge slabs ranging from mere inches all the way up to 4 feet wide by 10 feet long.

Below is an example of a 24 in wide oak cookie that was flattened on the sawmill:

The sawmill can handle anything from about 24 inches long up to 16 feet long and up to 23 inches wide at this time.

The sawmill can shave wood almost paper thin with up to 1/16 in accuracy. This provides for a very nice looking live edge slab when finished. We can shave off just the tiniest amount of wood, leaving you with a flat live edge slab with minimal loss.

Our live edge slab flattening prices range from $20 for a small slab up to $100 for a larger slab. Prices depend on which method is necessary for flattening. The router jig is more time consuming and costs more whereas the sawmill is quite fast and cheaper.
